Catch the live show...

I love concerts. Plain and simple.

Anytime I get the opportunity to see someone live, I'll probably do it. Granted, I need to at least have an interest in the band, but that's all it takes. My all-time favorite place to see a concert is Nokia Live in Grand Prairie, TX. Its amazing! No matter where you sit, you feel close to the action. I've seen 5 shows there: Travis Tritt, Kelly Clarkson & Clay Aiken, the American Idol tour (3rd season), Sting, and James Taylor. I'll be going there to see Fall Out Boy, The All-American Rejects, Hawthorne Heights, and The Hush Boys in March.

My favorite shows (in no particular order): James Taylor, Sting, America, Edwin McCain, John Mayer & Maroon5, Robert Earl Keen, Dixie Chicks, Bryan White, Snoop Dogg (yes, i saw him).

Other cool people I've seen: Willie Nelson, Pat Green, Jack Ingram, Brooks & Dunn, Caedmon's Call, Jars of Clay, Michael W. Smith, dc Talk, Watermark, Third Day, David Crowder Band, N'Sync, Pink, Sisqo, Bush, No Doubt, Counting Crows, Paula Cole, and I know there are some I'm forgetting.

People I'm dying to see: Hootie & the Blowfish, Aerosmith, Dave Mathews, Eric Clapton, the Eagles, Hootie & the Blowfish, Alanis Morrisette, Big & Rich, Coldplay, Damien Rice, oh, and Hootie & the Blowfish.

Man, I love concerts.

An impressive list. Would you believe that I have NEVER been to a non-Christian concert? Crazy huh? I'd really love to go to a Green Day or a Cake concert, but don't know if I could smooth that over with my conscience.
